Thank you for shopping at Ony Co. We take great pride in the quality of our women's apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue through a transparent and straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. Any return requests submitted after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags still attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the proof of purchase or the original order number matching our system records.

Please Note: Items showing visible signs of wear, makeup stains, perfume scents, or alterations will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Responsibility

  • Defective or Incorrect Items (Damaged/Wrong Item Sent): If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product due to our error, Ony Co. will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will send you a prepaid shipping label via email.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Incorrect Size Ordered): If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, dislike the style, or ordered the incorrect size, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. We do not charge any restocking fees on returned products.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please systematically follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@onyco.store with your order number (e.g., #ONY1001) and a clear reason for the return. If the item is damaged, please attach clear photos of the defect.

  2. If your return is approved, our team will send you a dedicated Return Authorization Document and instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to our designated administrative shipping address below.

Warning: Please do not send any items back to us without first requesting an official Return Authorization via email. Packages sent back to us without prior communication will not be processed or refunded.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection Process: Once your returned package is received at our center, our team will inspect the items within 3 business days to ensure they meet the eligibility conditions.

  • Approval Notification: We will send you an automated email to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the inspection.

  • Credit Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.) processed through Shopify Payments.

  • Posting Timelines: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the official refund credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or size directly on our website.
