Thank you for shopping at Ony Co. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and fees for orders placed within the United States.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Ony Co. specializes in and ships exclusively to physical addresses and locations within the United States (including the contiguous US, Alaska, and Hawaii).

Please Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Our total delivery time is divided into two parts: Handling Time (preparing the order) and Transit Time (shipping duration).

  • Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Handling / Processing Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, tailoring, and secure packaging.

  • Transit / Shipping Time: 3 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday) via trusted regional carriers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

3. Shipping Rates & Fees

We believe in complete transparency at checkout. Our standard domestic shipping flat rate is configured as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $4.95 USD for all domestic orders.

  • Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $75.00 USD or more (before taxes and after any promotional discounts are applied).

4. Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking Confirmation: Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number and a direct link to monitor your shipment's progress.

  • Activation Delay: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system after receiving your notification.

5. Address Corrections & Lost Shipments

  • Address Delivery Accuracy: The customer is fully responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Ony Co. is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Address Modifications: If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@onyco.store within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, we cannot redirect or recall the shipment.
